Erin is a Registered Psychotherapist practicing in Toronto, providing counselling and psychotherapy. She supports people in coping with life stressors such as relationship concerns, grief and loss, questions relating to life fulfillment, and feeling overwhelmed by day to day responsibilities. She has expertise in addressing the tiresome and overwhelming impacts of anxiety, and has made this a particular focus of her practice.
She provides wellness workshops on such topics as mindfulness, self-compassion, stress management, self-care, and mental health and wellness.
