Erin is a Registered Psychotherapist practicing in Toronto and Hamilton, providing counselling and psychotherapy to adolescents, adults and couples. She supports people in coping with life stressors such as relationship concerns, grief and loss, questions relating to life fulfillment, and feeling overwhelmed by day to day responsibilities. She has expertise in addressing the tiresome and overwhelming impacts of anxiety, and has made this a particular focus of her practice.
As a Practitioner and Contract Trainer for Triple P – Positive Parenting Program® Canada, she is keen to help parents feel confident in managing difficult and ever-changing parenting issues.
